Application: Wingfield Empire (Discord Integration & Web Dashboard)

1. Scope of Data Processing

This Privacy Policy outlines how Wingfield Empire (hereinafter "the App") handles user data. By "the App," we refer to the Discord bot, its proprietary economy engine, and the administrative web dashboard.

2. Data Classification and Acquisition

• Virtual Economy Framework: The App stores unique Discord User IDs associated with virtual currency balances, work history, and transaction logs.
• Event-Driven Moderation Logs: Upon message deletion or modification, the App captures the raw content string, author ID, and channel metadata.
• Administrative Records: Records of warnings, kicks, and bans, including reasons and moderator IDs, are stored for server security.
• Dashboard Security: We log the Discord Username, User ID, and Timestamp of dashboard logins. Internet Protocol (IP) addresses are NOT recorded.

3. Data Retention and Deletion Policy

We maintain a dual-layer retention policy based on the nature of the data:

• Erasable Data (Economy): User data related to the /economy subsystem is considered non-critical to server security. Users may request the permanent deletion of their economy profiles.
• Permanent Data (Moderation & Chat Logs): To preserve the integrity of the server’s moderation history and ensure a persistent audit trail, chat logs (edited/deleted messages) and moderation actions (bans/kicks/warnings) will never be deleted. These records are stored indefinitely to assist server administrators in identifying long-term patterns of abuse or rule-breaking.

4. Data Access Controls

Access to the Wingfield Empire database is restricted to the Developer Team. Moderation logs are only viewable by users with specific administrative permissions within the Discord server.

Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By using Wingfield Empire, you acknowledge that certain data is logged for the safety of the community.

2. Economy System

• Data Deletion: You may request to have your economy data reset or deleted at any time.
• No Monetary Value: Virtual assets have no real-world value.
• Administrative Oversight: The Developer Team reserves the right to modify economy balances to correct exploits or errors.

3. Permanent Logging Disclosure

By interacting with a server where Wingfield Empire is present, you acknowledge and agree that moderation logs—including but not limited to deleted messages, edited messages, and disciplinary actions—are stored permanently. This data is non-deletable to ensure the safety and accountability of the server environment.

4. Dashboard Confidentiality

Users with dashboard access must treat all permanent logs as confidential. Unauthorized sharing of these logs is a violation of these Terms.

5. Limitation of Liability

The Developer Team is not responsible for any disputes arising from the permanent storage of moderation logs or the management of the economy system.
